1. Fast Delivery

All items on our website are in stock and ready to ship from our location in Accra.

 

Delivery Time

  • Accra Orders: We aim for Same-day or Next-day delivery.
  • Outside Accra: Delivery takes 1 to 3 Working Days depending on your city.

 

How We Ship

  • Local (Accra): We use our own riders or a fast ride-hailing service (like Yango/Uber) if you need the item urgently.
  • Regional (Outside Accra): We use reliable services like VIP Bus Parcel (for station pickup) or FedEx/Couriers (for door-to-door delivery).

 

Shipping Fees

  • You Pay the Courier: Delivery fees are not included in the price of your item. The delivery cost is paid by you directly to the courier when you receive your order, based on your location and chosen method.
  • Tracking: We will always call or WhatsApp you when your package is on its way and provide a tracking ID (waybill) for regional orders.

 

2. Our Return Policy: Exchange Only

We have one simple and very important rule: Always check your item before the delivery rider leaves.

 

Defect or Mismatch

If you receive the wrong item (e.g., wrong size, wrong color, wrong phone model) or if there is visible damage:

  • Action: You must reject the item immediately and hand it back to the rider.
  • Our Guarantee: We will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you quickly and at no extra cost. We offer an exchange for faulty items, not a refund.

 

What We Cannot Exchange

All sales are final once you accept the package. We cannot accept returns or exchanges if you:

  • Change Your Mind: Decide you don't like the style or color after accepting it.
  • Use the Item: The item has been used, worn, installed, or is missing its original packaging.

 

Finding an Issue Later

If you find a hidden defect after the rider has left, you must contact our Customer Service immediately. We will do our best to help.
